Refund policy
Cancellation and Credit Policy: To cancel your Befit nutrition membership you can either (i) by phone (ii) email us at info@befitnutrition.com and follow any instructions, if any, we provide to you in response to your cancellation request. AS STATED ABOVE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEES PAID FOR THE CURRENT OR PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP PERIOD OR ANY PENDING MEAL PLANS. THIS CANCELLATION WILL PREVENT ANY ADDITIONAL ORDERS FROM BEING PLACED.
Credit policy: Account credits issued to customer accounts issues will be awarded at the discretion of our customer service team. These credits may and only used to and be applied towards the purchase of an additional Meal Plan plus applicable sales tax.
Marketing & Promotions: Befit Nutrition may offer promotional discounts or free trials for a specified period of time. If we offer you a promotional discount free trial, the specific terms of your free trial will be provided at registration and/or in the promotional materials describing the offer. These promotions may not be combined with any other offer and can be limited to specific Befit nutrition products, addons, Meal or Meal Plans. Unless you cancel your membership or subscription prior to the end of your promotional discount/ free trial, we will begin charging your payment method on an auto renewal basis for the applicable product/program until you cancel your membership or subscription. Instructions for cancellations are stated above under the Section titled “Cancellation”. You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial has ended or that the paid portion of the applicable membership or subscription has begun. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional discounts or free trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.
Communications opt in: Befit nutrition uses multiple channels in communication. This includes but is not limited to Third-Party services for email and text messages. Marketing alerts sent via text message require opt-in from member. Member may cancel these at any time by reply texting STOP. Members may unsubscribe from marketing related emails, by doing so any vital communications that need to be sent may not be successfully delivered. Any change in policy that is not delivered due to unsubscribe is solely the responsibility of the member.
