Shipping policy
Delivery: BEFIT NUTRITION delivers two times per week, Sundays and Wednesdays between the hours of 7:00pm and 11:00pm through all Miami-Dade and Broward-County. BEFIT NUTRITION meal plans are arranged for Monday through Friday meal consumption (5 days) we do not include weekends (saturday and sunday). If there are outstanding circumstances, we will do our best to make you aware of changes being made to the delivery time and date. We do not guarantee a specific delivery arrival time, we can only advise of the time window as stated above 7:00pm to 11:00pm. We can’t guarantee that every meal will arrive exactly within the delivery timeframe each individual delivery day (Sunday and Wednesday) . In particular, in the case of inclement weather, storm, hurricane or any other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to complete your delivery, we will attempt to deliver your meals as soon as reasonably possible. If a delivery arrives early or late, you agree that you will still accept the meal delivery and release us from all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that you encounter as a result of early or late delivery. In order to place a pause or cancellation on your meal delivery and/or make any changes to your meal delivery we must be contacted via email or phone no later than Tuesday 6:00pm before the upcoming week or no later than 4 BUSINESS DAYS in advance.
Delivery Access: Our Members who are residents of communities which utilize a guard gate or any other type of access control by which our driver, a concierge, or a guard must contact the member to complete the delivery, must understand that if the driver cannot enter the community at the time of delivery the driver must continue with their route as each driver has many deliveries to be made in a short period of time. A driver is not permitted to return to a delivery address after the initial delivery attemped has failed. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival, no credits will be issued for the missed delivery and your meal or meal plan for that day will be forfeited. It is solely the meal plan member’s (customer) responsibility to provide delivery access. If a toll is required to access the member's address, the member will be responsible to pay all toll charges. This does not apply for any highway tolls.
Delivery Fee: Effective June 16th, 2022 if you sign up for a Befit nutrition meal plan you will be required to pay a weekly or monthly delivery fee (“Delivery Fee”), as applicable towards your selected meal plan. The weekly delivery fee will be $20.00 per week (5 day meal plans) or $80.00 per 4 weeks (20 day meal plans) plus any applicable taxes and other charges to your payment method at the time the order is placed.
Delivery Communication: upon placing your meal plan order with Befit nutrition, we may choose to use a Third-Party application for providing delivery updates for members. Members may receive a text message alert to confirm that a delivery was successful or unsuccessful. Standard text message rates apply.
